  • Once the seat has been selected even if you feel the need to change the seat it is not possible until your flight is open for check-in
  • In certain situation, if we as an airline will change the flight although we will try every possible way that you get the seats which were selected by you originally and in case if you change the flight at your end then in the situation that the seat you selected is not available you will not be eligible for the refund

 

Name Change

  • Business Flex Fares – one can make the required changes in regards to date, time and route only as per the availability
